“Fantastisch huis op goede locatie om Costa Smeralda te bezoeken. Fenomenaal uitzicht vanop mooi terras. Prachtig en zeer goed onderhouden zwembad. Ruime en mooie tuin. Ook de schaduwrijke parkeerplaats voor de 2 auto's is een pluspunt. De villa is ook binnen zeer goed uitgerust. Wij hadden er 5 zeer mooie dagen..”

Dal solarium si gode di una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sull’isola della Tavolara.Lo spazio esterno è molto ampio con bella piscina, sdraio, grande ombrellone e non manca nulla per godersi una vacanza di grande relax. Essendo noi una famiglia di 5 persone sarebbe stato utile un secondo bagno ma la disponibilità di una doccia in giardino ha comunque agevolato molto. Per il resto c’era davvero tutto quanto necessario e……

“Many listings show pictures that turn out to be better than reality, but not so this villa. The quiet hillside location has a spectacular view over Porto Rotondo and the sea, and there was yacht racing while we were there to keep us entertained. The host were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Any issues we had were quite small and fixed quickly, I'd just recommend a few more cooking plans for the oven in an otherwise well furnished property. “Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben es genossen auf der Terrasse im Schatten zu sitzen. Auch der Garten ist groß und sehr gepflegt und schön. Praktisch war, dass wir das Auto im Schatten unter einem großen Carport parken konnten. Zum schönen, kleinen Ort San Pantaleo sind es gerade mal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und man kann dort gut einkaufen oder etwas essen gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Mariachiara war immer……
