Very cosy, individual, house with lots of little details to discover. We never had so many glases, plates and cutlery in a rental house. And beautiful items, no Ikea stuff. It is very clear, that this house is used by the owners as well and is not designed for rental only. Very clean and..... it smells very good. After wood, herbs,……

“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben es genossen auf der Terrasse im Schatten zu sitzen. Auch der Garten ist groß und sehr gepflegt und schön. Praktisch war, dass wir das Auto im Schatten unter einem großen Carport parken konnten. Zum schönen, kleinen Ort San Pantaleo sind es gerade mal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und man kann dort gut einkaufen oder etwas essen gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Mariachiara war immer……

“The house has a great view and is nice. Some rooms had non-functioning air conditioning. Windows had no screens so insects were an issue. One bathroom shower head did not work well (poor spray and holder was not tight). Overall cabinetry, fixtures and decor was dated. Still a beautiful location and view.”

“Mi aspettavo una casa migliore secondo le immagini esposte sul sito, invece non é molto confortevole. Innanzitutto non viene descritto che il piano inferiore é un interrato con odore di umido e di chiuso. Camera da letto al opiano terra senza zanzariera, per cui per areare la camera entravano le zanzare. La cucin poi é veramente un disastro: piccola, senza una dispensa dove mettere la roba, lo scolapiatti di piccole dimensioni e i piatti piani non vi entravano. Il soppalco sopra la cucina ha……

“Wir hatten hier zwei herrliche Wochen verbracht. Eigentlich sind es zwei Häuser. In echt ist es noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Vielen Dank an Omar der uns früher ins Haus gelassen hat und uns ein Late Check out ermöglicht hat😉👍”

“Nous avons passé une super semaine avec cinq de nos petits-enfants, notre fille et notre belle-fille. La villa de Roberto est très belle, confortable avec l’air conditionné bien utile en juillet, joliment aménagée et la vue est incroyable ! La piscine est très agréable et nous en avons bien profité, surtout les enfants. La villa est parfaitement située, dans un secteur très calme juste au-dessus de Porto San Paolo, rapidement accessible de l’aéroport comme pour les excursions et visites……

“Abbiamo scelto questa Villa per una vacanza in famiglia e vi abbiamo trovato tutti gli spazi perfetti per una vita in comune inclusi i nostri due cani, in particolare la terrazza attrezzata. La spiaggia a due minuti è stata il paradiso per grandi e piccini. Molto belle anche le camminate lungo le piccole baie che formano la Costa Corallina. La consigliamo assolutamente”
