“We (a party of 14, ages ranging from 10 to 86 years old) enjoyed our NYE stay on Black Mountain. Place was super clean and so roomy! Kitchens had everything we needed. Kelley was a great host and answered all our questions before and while we were there! My parents are still talking about how perfect the house was! I will say the driveway is very steep. Most of the vehicles were unable to make the climb up the drive. Luckily the road isn't busy so we parked below and walked up. ……

“We have been vacationing in Burnsville for the past four years & decided this year to choose a house in town rather than one on a river. The Grandview Lodge was amazing with close proximity to downtown Burnsville & gorgeous mountain views from the decks. We took advantage of the half mile walk to Main Street and enjoyed shopping as well as lunch/dinner at Snap Dragon, Roland’s, Carriage Sundries, Pacifico & Homeplace. We also appreciated the ease of getting to Mount Mitchell State Park, Linville……

“Three of us friends had a really great time in this unique place! The deck and views are incredible - we kept talking about how they were so beautiful they looked fake! We cooked there and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for us to relax and the smart TVs were great. We enjoyed the town of Little Switzerland, spent ab afternoon in Asheville and had a great time at the alpine coaster (get the 3-pack!). We will definitely be back!!!”
