“I’ll be honest when I say that I did not read the full property description when I booked this so I was a little surprised when I arrived and there was no television. However, that being said I was not in the least bit upset about it. I loved the off-grid atmosphere and coziness of the cabin. There’s a full kitchen and a stunning bathroom. “Unfortunately we had a very bad experience here. I have contacted the host multiple times about the issues now and have gotten no reply which is very unprofessional. I have decided to leave a review as a result of their inaction to correct their wrongs. To list what was wrong: -this is a CAMPGROUND not a ranch. They do not mention that anywhere in this listing. You will be surrounded by campsites, even behind the hobbit house. There is no privacy. There were 40+ people there camping at the……

“This is a secluded place with beautiful views. Wildlife on the property and the fact they have a refuge for horses right behind it is so sweet. The hosts were kind and we really enjoyed our stay.”

“The cabin is small but well fitted out with much thought, we loved our stay, laying in the hot tub gazing at the stars which were so clear due to no light pollution. we should have stayed longer as there is so much to do and explore. ”

“Our family had such a good time in this cabin. Lots of room for everybody, wonderful porch to watch sunsets, well stocked kitchen, fun hot tub to hang out in... One thing to note, that because it is in the mountains, it was considerably cooler than Moab in March! Not a bad thing, but we weren't expecting it!”

“The house was great, but very hard to find on a dark and rainy night via a gravel road about 15 - 20 minutes outside of town. Because we had so many activities crammed into our two days in Moab, we were at the house only to sleep. Next time we'll plan better so we can just relax and be able to enjoy the lovely property. ”
