“The adjustment of a few minor things would have improved our stay. The WiFi is unsecured (did not require password)The tv did not work as expected. The only pan was tiny. Otherwise we had a great stay!”

“We had twelve adults and two small dogs staying here. The property was just like the photos and very spacious and clean with plenty of room. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We had an issue with two of the bathrooms not having hot water but we notified the manager and someone responded promptly and took care of it. We all had a great time and would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed 3 nights at this home. The good things: beds were comfortable and it was easy to find. The negative things: - cell coverage is very very poor here. Not really something the owner can so. Just good to know. - WiFi is HORRIBLE. The router is located in an adjacent home so they can’t really improve it. If you sit in a particular spot you can find it. No coverage in the bedrooms at all. This becomes a big problem since you don’t have cell coverage either if you need to reach anyone. -……

“This home was perfect for us, gave us room to be together and to be separate as well. Nothing better than waking up and sitting on the patio looking at a mountain. Spaced far enough from others so you don’t become self conscious about storytelling and laughing outside. Communication was easy and owners had a good interest in our wellbeing. The increase of elevation from say Moab was 20 degrees cooler, we had a couple of days in the 90’s traveling south so coming back was a gift of cooler……

“We enjoyed our stay at the Slick Rock Retreat House. It is very well laid out and was perfect for our group with ample sleeping arrangements and space to hang out. The only downside is that it is a ways out of downtown Moab, but we knew that prior to booking. Overall the host was very responsive and friendly as well. I would recommend the Slick Rock Retreat House for your next trip to Moab!”

“Very clean home and responsive property management. Hot tub and views from the backyard were a perfect way to end the day on the trails. Plenty of trailer parking at the end of the street for multiple trailers.”

“We stayed at Big Blue in April/May 2025 with a group of 8. Plenty of room and beds. Garage area is huge with plenty of room for repairs. There are 4 toilets and 2 showers available. Would highly recommend!”

“Every room has its own bathroom and has its own air conditioning unit. There are ample bathrooms and ample space for everyone. This was such an amazing house.Worth every penny ! Great for a big family ”
