“Great amenities and a fun place to stay in Moab!”

“Overall, the Cliff View house was convenient to everything we wanted to do in that part of Utah. The outdoor spaces are great and the views can't be beat. The home was adequately equipped with comfortable beds and most of the things you would expect in a kitchen (although the kitchen lay-out doesn't allow for more than one or possibly 2 people to work in the kitchen at the same time.) However, the property description and photos were misleading. Yes, there are plenty of beds for children, but……

“We loved this dog friendly property as did our dogs. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. No phone or TV - Yay! great kitchen, bathrooms and spacious open area. Lots of interesting areas around the property and up the road. Although a family rented the place next door to ours, we really never heard them. Location was ideal to see sites south of Moab, but still just a short 20 minute drive to Moab. Perfect!”

“We couldn’t have been happier with this house and the peace and quiet of the ranch! The other cabins were spaced out so far away as to be unnoticeable. It was a long drive to town (20+ mins), but well worth it. We even spent a couple days just enjoying the house and surroundings rather than going on an adventure. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“We stayed 3 nights at this home. The good things: beds were comfortable and it was easy to find. The negative things: - cell coverage is very very poor here. Not really something the owner can so. Just good to know. - WiFi is HORRIBLE. The router is located in an adjacent home so they can’t really improve it. If you sit in a particular spot you can find it. No coverage in the bedrooms at all. This becomes a big problem since you don’t have cell coverage either if you need to reach anyone. -……

“We spent the week in Moab to visit National Parks and explore the shops and restaurants in Moab. Very spacious common area upstairs that was comfortablebfor our kids. We all enjoyed the private hot tub as well. The kitchen was adequate for the meals we were making. The owner was very prompt with communication. Dryer was not working while we were there which was a little challenging as we packed with the intention of doing a load of laundry during our time away. Great option for privacy and……
