“My friend and I stayed at this cozy cottage for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The cottage is in an ideal location, 15 minutes outside of TC and a short drive to Suttons Bay. We lucked out with a beautiful weekend so although we spent much of our time exploring TC/Suttons Bay this cottage was the perfect place to end the night away from all the hustle bustle in town. Amanda was extremely friendly and the check-in process was a breeze. She even took the time to let us meet her……

“The cabin is in the jungle by the lake, and the air is very fresh and quiet. The room is very comfortable to live in, especially the sofa and bed have a strong sense of wrapping, which is very soft and comfortable. Cooking can be done in the room, and the homeowner also has some seasonings with complete tools. It's worth mentioning that I didn't drive, I walked there. When I asked the landlord to borrow a bicycle, she readily agreed and quickly parked it outside my house. Before leaving, I asked……

“The house was awesome and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach and to stores/ restaurants. Loved the back yard as well. We did a big group dinner outside. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the boardman river cottage. Everything was exactly as pictured and John provided all the details needed for our stay. Location was perfect right on the river and our boys enjoyed fishing everyday. We would love to come back and stay again. ”

“Charming cottage within walking distance of Alden Michigan. The place was VERY clean and the kitchen well stocked with all needed utensils and kitchen items!! Bathrooms VERY clean as well and plenty of sitting areas for guests. We had 2 nights with 11 guests and everyone had a bed and extra bedding was provided! Great dock with ample deck chairs and a mooring buoy which held our 24’ master craft boat all week long! ”

“Older cottage that has been restored very nicely. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. The outside was very spacious and soooo quite. You can walk to the beach and yet was very close to Charlevoix. Gerry was a great host and saw to our every need.Thanks”
