“We loved our stay! Just know the 3rd floor suites are 152 stairs with NO elevator. For some reason there is frequently a sulfur/sewage smell that is quite unpleasant:( Staff very helpful and they will take your luggage if you ask🌴☀️🌴☀️”

“Service/staff is excellent. Pools are great. The staff @ the Adult pool exceeded our expectations. Rooms are clean. Atmosphere is great. Hotel smells amazing. Shop has unique/quality items & the coffee is amazing. Just a heads up- Store does close at 8pm - you cannot find a snack anywhere nor a vending machine. If you want a drink or snack after 8pm - You'll need to doordash or drive to the circle K. On our last night...we were woken up several times by loud rooms in our wing...clear up to 5am.……
