“Perfect location. Great room. Excellent owners. Good price. The location is just off Duval and right in the middle of Duval making walking a great option. Our room was comfortable and had the small kitchen area which was nice. The owners are super nice and hospitable. The price does not include "sneaky fees" like so many other lodging choices in the Keys do. The Happy hour is a nice touch complete with a "shot of the day."”

“1. It figured out that the parking was not provided while it was mentioned in the listing that free parking is available. It was framed the way it conceals the reality. 2. It took an extra effort to get Wi-Fi password. 3. It wasn’t possible to adjust air conditioner. It blew super cold and there was no chance to do anything about it. I had to sleep with a bed sheet on my head not to get cold. ”

“The room and complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Right near Duval street, perfect walking distance. My only thought is the housekeepers were very loud when they started working around 8am and for several hours after. For someone who likes to sleep in a little on their vacation this noise was a little much. Our room was also on the first floor.”
