“The house exceeded all of our expectations. The location is outstanding - right on a bluff overlooking the beach and ocean - and right between the park leading down to the beach and a set of stairs to the sand. When you enter the home, the view of the ocean through the wall of glass in the back will take your breath away - it's that awesome. Other than sleeping in the house, we spent most of our time out back on the deck, listening to the ocean waves and watching the activity on the beach……

““Jewel” is not an exaggeration. This is a beautiful, spacious, well-appointed home. It was so quiet, we felt we were in a cocoon. The kitchen has literally every single thing (and triplicates of many things). It was so nice that when we come back we will plan to eat most meals there. It is truly walkable. Solana Beach is a very quiet relaxed little town. The property managers were communicative, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!”

“You cannot get any closer to Fletcher Cove than this property. In 90 seconds you can be at the park and in less than 4 minutes, you're in the water. The unit had a great kitchen and we especially loved the Brita pitcher in the fridge. We've always had to buy water, so it was a nice touch. The closet and dresser fit all our clothes. The shared patio had great seating and a table and BBQ along with a full size washer and dryer. So much easier to use than the mini size that comes with so many……
