“The house was fantastic, very cozy, comfortable, big and lots of light. The location and neighborhood was close to the beach and needed stores, and felt super safe and friendly. The beach vibe was so fun, we loved it! The only small confusion was with check in and check out. There were no instructions and we had to do trial and error with door locks and property access, etc. Would suggest a welcome manual.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my longer term stay in this precious cottage with a peaceful garden to sit out in nature. Cozy bedroom & relaxing living room all look out to greenery, plus private bathroom. Conveniently located close to beautiful beaches, parks and shopping/restaurants. I would recommend to friends & family. Thank you Martha for such a pretty, rejuvenating place to stay! “So the description is exactly as described. there is not much of an outside area for gatherings. Very very beautiful location. Bed and pillows could be upgraded. Guest home adjacent to pool, therefore you could hear other guests. Did quite down after 10pm. Easy checkout”
