“This home is exactly what we needed for our family vacation. This home is perfect for families, very kid friendly. The communication was excellent, Nick was an amazing host. The home is beautiful and located within walking distance to the beach. The play room was great, and there were plenty of amenities for the kids, the beach, and the entire week. The hot tub was a bonus! I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in or around Carlsbad. ”

“An amazing stay at a beautiful property with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. The property was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear for days at the beach body boarding and playing in the sand. Property includes a heated pool and spa that we enjoyed every night. Communication with the management was extremely easy, as was the check-in/out process. We are already planning our next trip back!”

“We came for a friends wedding in the area and it was great! my only issues with the stay were that i asked the host a question three times and never got a response but what seemed to be automated questions about the stay/check out which was odd since she had messaged me about the door codes. Also there is only AC in the common area and not the bed rooms so they got to be a little stiff at night. Other than that it was great !”

“Wow, what a wonderful way to begin 2025, spending time together with our large multi generational family in this beautiful house right on the Pacific Ocean. The photos and description of the house were spot on. We were mesmerized daily by the waves, adept surfers riding along the coast, the sighting of dolphins and gazing at the colorful sunsets from the hot jacuzzi. The house felt fresh, contemporary and clean, accommodating easily our family. The beds were cozy and the kitchen was well……
