Trying to get the access code for the lock box was very complicated (had to use a back-up code) and check out by putting the key back in the computerized lock box was a nightmare. Nothing worked, it didn't accept the code, rebooting the box didn't help, and if there wasn't a staff member in the office to give the keys back to, I'd still be trying.
