“Check-in was fast and good. Then it went downhill. Room was smelly. Very sketchy area. The pillows were tiny and insufficient. The next morning I tried to get more pillows. First stopped to talk to housekeeping staff but they didn't speak a word of English so that failed. Then went to front desk, explained we needed more pillows and the manager promised to have housekeeping put more in the room. When we returned that night there were no extra pillows. I went to front desk then and the girl there……
