“酒店整體尚算不錯，酒店5~10分鐘可步行至食肆，有餐廳，快餐及咖啡店，車程5~8分鐘有超市及少量店舖可消磨時間，可惜附近無公共交通，出市區要叫車。酒店房間清潔服務提供有限度服務，要每天向櫃枱職員落指示。”

“Good front desk service. They informed us that if we wanted to go to downtown Ottawa, we can use public transportation, so we took the bus and train. This was our kids' first experience getting on a train! Thanks to the front desk team! ”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”
