“The property was very clean. However, the air conditioning was not very good. When I got there it was set it coolest setting but it was not cooling and never really did. We didn’t ask for a different room because I really didn’t want to have to move my stuff and it wasn’t so hot that it was unbearable but it was not cool as it should have been. I did report it when I checked out the next morning. ”

“I received a welcome email that told me check in was available after 2:00pm. I received another email with the access code stating that check in wasn't until 5:00Pm. Luckily, I didn't get to the property until right at 5:00pm. The code sent via email to enter the building didn't work. I called the help number and discovered the owner had outsourced the management to either Pakistan or India. I could barely understand the guy on the phone, and he was unable to help me. He couldn't find the local……

“Our stay was good. Hotel is very nice. Only problem was the had a power outage and the elevators were out when we went to breakfast so we had to climb down 8 floors of stairs. Good thing our baseball game was at 4 that afternoon instead of early in the morning. Finally came back up around 20 to 12. Know it wasn’t the hotel’s fault.”

“The bed seemed a little on the firm side, but the accommodations were clean good. TV could be a little bigger. ”

“This was my first time coming to the resort but everyone was helpful. The facility is kept really clean and the rooms are nice. There was a family next to us that was extremely loud and the walls are really thin. But we would definitely come back. ”
