“Cons: With service fees etc, cost over $1000 per night between Christmas and New Years. Driveway is very long and downhill to the house. Kitchen drawers and some cabinets were extremely overfilled and cluttered. Downstairs bathroom was clean but smelled bad, emanated to whole downstairs. Things like carpet, kitchen pans, some light fixtures were worn / wonky. Pros Hand, dish, and laundry soap included; paper towels, toilet paper too. Plenty of extra towels available. Fireplace was nice and……

“Had a great stay at Jared's place. He was a great host, the place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near both Timberline and Canaan. One thing to note - cell phone coverage may be iffy depending on carrier. Suggest making note of check-in code before you leave home. Jared's wifi is great for streaming or if you need to hop on a meeting while you're there. ”

“My family and I enjoyed a great weekend celebrating my mom’s 60th birthday here. The cabin, although needing some updates, was extremely comfy and clean. We enjoyed cooking in, the hot tub, the fireplace, the location, and the comfortability of the beds. The kitchenware could also use some updating. My family loves to cook on vacations, but we made do with what the place had. The house was very clean! My dad is a clean freak and wears white socks and there was no dirt on the bottom of them when……

“This property is a great place to stay for a ski trip to timberline. The house itself is a bit older and has some issues (water pressure low in the extreme cold for example) but overall was worth the price. The host, Dean, is great. There was a snow-caused leak in the ceiling of the living room, and the host was very fast to act on it and get a repairman out there (within 45 mins of contact). Overall, if you can deal with some “older” house problems, this is a great place to stay. ”
