“Rustic but new, clean and comfortable place to stay that was very quiet and removed from only other rental along the gravel road. Outhouse was very clean, no bugs, and easy to use despite needing to go outside to the corner of the cabin. Hosts very responsive and helpful, would stay again. I would note that the Wifi is on the weaker side but I was able to do everything I needed. ”

“My wife and I stayed for our anniversary weekend. The property is great. It is small, but it suited us well for our purposes. The view of the small lake and mountainside was wonderful. We woke up one morning to the snow-covered ground and the moon reflecting off the frozen lake—it was beautiful. The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with there being too much chlorine in the hot tub—they had the issue fixed the same day I raised the issue with them. When we checked……

“We had a great time as a family spending a couple of days exploring around Blackwater Falls State Park, Seneca Rocks, Dolly Sods, etc. We enjoyed our stay at Beech Bunny and would definitely recommend. Host responded to messages in a timely manner prior, the house was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, games, puzzles, etc. The kids especially enjoyed the extra snacks/candy available. ; ) ”

“This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here……
