“Had a fantastic time in Orange Beach. Beautiful, clean, up to date property right on the beach. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. So much to see and do. Everything from grocery, to shops, to restaurants was within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here to others. ”

“Me and my husband and two kids decided to come to the beach last minute for the 4th of July weekend. It was an awesome experience from check in to check out. The room was very clean and taken care of and had all the essentials that we needed for our family. The kids loved the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! “To start, I really did enjoy my time at Tidewater and even with this criticism, I would stay there again. All of these rental vacation condos have a cleaning/resort fee attached, but if I'm paying an extra $300, I don't think it's appropriate to make guests clean before leaving. You are expected to wash all dishes and return them to the cupboards, as well as take out all trash or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. I agree with expecting us to wash them, otherwise people would leave……
