“The hotel was in excellent shape and the staff was attentive for the most part, I would stay again following these things get corrected. The one day that I stayed over my room was NOT serviced. The hotel had a flea infestation, 80% of the time I walked onto the carpet of my room a flea or two would jump onto my feet. Other than that the room, beach view was really nice.”

“To start, I really did enjoy my time at Tidewater and even with this criticism, I would stay there again. All of these rental vacation condos have a cleaning/resort fee attached, but if I'm paying an extra $300, I don't think it's appropriate to make guests clean before leaving. You are expected to wash all dishes and return them to the cupboards, as well as take out all trash or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. I agree with expecting us to wash them, otherwise people would leave……
