“I came here with My Girlfriend and left extremely satisfied. the Breakfast there is top notch. I have been to some fancy hotels but the breakfast buffet there about $14 per person is second to none. The bed wasn't super soft but if you like it firm then it's no problem. The parking is about $10 a night which is fine unless you have a large SUV the deck there us super cramped and the parking fills up quickly. “Had a fantastic time in Orange Beach. Beautiful, clean, up to date property right on the beach. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. So much to see and do. Everything from grocery, to shops, to restaurants was within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here to others. ”

“I visit every year and always stay at the Phoenix on the Bay because of the lazy river but all of it is great!”

“I booked the condo for various reasons and one was for the outdoor swimming pool but the was construction taking place in the exact same parking lot for a building 500ft beside the location so the pool so not available for use. That sucked being that i couldn’t swim in ocean water and had high hopes of enjoying an outdoor pool. If I had of known before booking than I probably wouldn’t have booked the location”

“The entire condo was extremely clean. It had everything my family needed for our trip! The only issue was the tv in kids room wouldn't work but we had devices so they were fine for the couple of hours we were in the condo at night.”

“The condo was almost perfect. The condo could easily sleep 10. The bedrooms were nice sized. The washer and dryer worked well. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware and utensils. The grilling area was great. The construction next door was a bummer but didn’t affect us that much. The noisy master bedroom ceiling fan was a nuisance. The safe was unusable since the previous tenant locked it and we didn’t have their code. The master bed is near mandatory replacement since it has……

“Condo was very nice and clean.Facility is not maintained. Door to the furnace and pump room were removed making it extremly loud. They also just happen to be in the indoor pool room, which has also not been cleaned in a while. Outdoor pool was very cold and is not heated. No one was using it. No management on the property so you are on your own.”

Parts of the villa needed updating. There was nothing extra - not even salt/pepper or coffee pods. The blinds were broke in the master bedroom & the outside lights made it hard to sleep.
