“The Orcas Hotel is for people who like the charm of past century architecture and conditions and don't mind paying an arm and leg for it. I was desperate for accommodations for a couple of nights at the peak of summer, so grabbed the couple of nights available here. The first night I payed $195 for a bed, bath, TV and floor fan. The 2nd night I paid $100. for a bed, dresser, & bath down the hall. Not a good value, but they charge that much since they can. ”
