“The location is perfect for getting to and from places in town but also getting to Provo Canyon for a hike! Everything was set up and ready with towels and bed sheets when we arrived. The backyard is comfortable and a shaded for a nice place to hang out. The house is nicely decorated and layout is easy.”

“Our family of 5 fit great in this space! This is a cozy basement apartment and it is decorated so nicely with attention to detail. The master closet is very large and was nice to store our suitcases and hang our clothes. The laundry facilities were perfect with soap and dryer sheets. The beds were very comfortable too! The location was nice - we could walk to the Provo Canyon trail - perfect for biking, running and walking. ”

They had the perfect back yard to sit in and relax after a long day of exploring. Great location and we felt safe in the neighborhood. I would recommend this home to other families. ”
