“Prior to my arrival I was not sent any instructions for accessing the property. When I arrived I attempted to send a message to the property owner, I also went to the front door and through a Ring doorbell the owner asked who I was and didn’t realize the date so was unprepared for my arrival. He quickly prepared the room but the lack of communication and confusion on the dates was a bit disappointing. ”

“Owner was extremely helpful before we came and during stay. Prompt attention to internet being out (provider problem), temp adjustment and guidance of additional items in rental for holiday food preparation. Quite area and nice that we had use of parking in garage.”

“We were down for a baseball tournament in Rosenberg. The house was clean and the neighborhood was nice. We had no complaints with the stay and the house was exactly as described. ”

“Worked out great for us . Daughter lives in Pecan Grove . We had family in for Family Christmas! Just needed extra rooms . Family is growing!! 3 Children with spouses and 7 grandkids!! ”

“This cute little house was exactly as the pictures showed. Decorated so cute and very roomy. The only negative I have is there were several broken windows, taped up, broken blinds and the yard and landscape was very unkept.”

“Me and my sisters went to a music show in town and had an absolutely lovely stay. The hosts were amazing. The place was clean and had plenty of parking space (we had 3 cars ) nice neighborhood! 10/10 will stay again.”
