When the property owner was notified they first acted like I didn’t know how to work a thermostat. The real problem was their house kept throwing a breaker. They finally agreed to send a tech but it was so cold we found the breakers ourselves and turned them on. “We love staying where it's pleasant to take a walk right outside our door. So this location in a wooded residential neighborhood and looking over the back fence into a park (the entrance of which is only a few minutes' walk away) was perfect - also because it is a very short drive to grocery stores and nice eateries. The house had a very nice setup - we enjoyed it!”
