“Ian’s cabin was an excellent place to stay near Mount Hood! The cabin was a perfect and peaceful place with everything we needed. Ian also had several recommendations for hikes and restaurants in his guest book that were perfect to go check out. Highly recommend but will note for those that may not notice in the listing there is no WiFi and very little to no cell signal. ”

“This was the most magical stay we’ve ever experienced, Kristin and Mary (and Gary) made us feel very welcome. Everything you could want/need to unplug can be found in this stay. ”

“Had a wonderful girl’s vacation at this beautiful home and met our needs very well. It’s location close to Hood, trails, and other fun activities was perfect and secluded enough to not get a bunch of traffic. The cottage had so much for its size (especially the coffee options) including super comfy beds and towels. This stay was such a great part of our vacation. ”

“The first thing my family and I said was "wow" when we walked in. This is the cleanest and cutest house we have stayed in. Erika is a thoughtful host- from a cute smore substitute due to the fire ban, to towel bundles, to laying hay by the fence so the animals would come by to eat. It's a nice location to be somewhere quiet, yet easy enough to get to the waterfalls and such a long the river. It's a good child proof home that was great for my kids (age 3 and 5) to play the games upstairs. Horse……

“My son, dog and I stayed here for 6 nights. He went to snowboard camp each day while I worked in the cabin. Strong internet able to handle video calls. Bathroom recently updated, airy and decorated well. Big washer and dryer, lovely deck to sit on in the evenings with the outdoor lights. Nice yard (not fenced in). Quiet, small neighborhood. Lovely to walk around. "Even Better Ifs": Needs a recycle bin, ice trays and a curtain on the window in the loft.”

“Tiny, well maintained cottage. It was comfortable and had everything I needed. Owners were very nice, and the property is lovely to walk”

“It is a great quiet place to spend time. Clean and I loved walking through the orchards. Very great host and communicated all the way through the process since this was our first stay at a VRBO. Just peaceful and we enjoyed our time. Thank you.”

“This place is an incredibly cozy and homey cabin, far enough away from the big city, but not so remote that you feel isolated. Over a 3 day stay we maybe only saw 2 other people around the whole neighborhood which was perfect. The place is well planned out for a cabin, with cozy beds and a huge couch, strong AC in the living room (only) for the summer months, and an amazing hot tub to relax in after a day of hikes.”

“Our grandchildren live nearby so this is our second time staying in what they call the "tiny house". However, when you get inside, there is nothing tiny about the space! It all seems spacious with high ceilings, tall doorframes and huge bathroom and shower. It was perfectly clean with all necessary amenities provided (and then some). Super comfortable, great A/C, good bed and so attractive. We can highly recommend a stay here. Very communicative, yet unintrusive, owner.”

“When the property description indicates you are tucked away in the forest, make no mistake that’s the case. Drive thru a lovely community, find the “private driveway” sign, follow the road into a proverbial rain forest, including deer about. Round the bend and you are home at your personal treehouse. The “cabin” is nicely appointed, clean and private. Our family of nine loved the space. Kitchen, basement spaces recently updated. Master, second bedrooms updates in the future? Echo was an……
