“Modern and stylish hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Everyone we encountered was helpful, accommodating, and truly went the extra mile. The rooms are spacious, all offering ocean views, and the spa treatment was both relaxing and enjoyable. That said, two aspects could be improved. First, the cocktail program falls short of what you would expect from a hotel associated with a 3-star dining experience. Second, the room design and descriptions are misleading. The "Panoramic Deluxe"……

“La habitación estaba limpia. El check-in me pareció un poco complicado (es auto check-in). No hay nadie en recepción para recibirnos. No tiene opción de desayunar allí pero cerca hay muchos bares donde desayunar. Para aparcar en la zona de alrededor es fácil (aunque de zona azul, hay que estar pendiente del ticket para que no se pase la hora). Es un hotel que recomendaría”

“飯店很好, 但此房型設定為3人房有點小. 櫃台人員服務很好, 房間清潔也不錯, 但飯店的位置雖然離沙灘很近, 不過離熱鬧的河邊稍遠了點, 需要走 20 分鐘以上.”

“Een heel fijne plek om te verblijven, ligt in een mooie buitenwijk. Vriendelijk personeel en erg goede service. Alles is hier super netjes verzorgd en het ontbijt is fantastisch. Strand en boulevard op 10 minuten lopen. Oude stad is wel wat verder weg. ”

“Beautiful hotel right in front of concha beach. Had a very homely feel. As if you were staying at a friend’s fabulously tasteful house. Very lovely bedroom , comfortable bed and quiet ( in the night ) despite being right in front of the beach. Easy to walk into the old town- five minutes walk. ”

“Our stay in San Sebastián was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with anything we needed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location is nothing short of incredible—right outside the vibrant part of town filled with cafés, bars, and all the energy you want when visiting this beautiful city. It felt like being in the heart of everything, yet the building itself was safe, welcoming, and well……
