“Initially when we got to the room we were upset as there was young children above us that were constantly running and jumping in the floor. I understand children of course but my husband just came off of a night shift and needed to sleep so we requested a change of rooms. It was done without question and we were even upgraded to a better larger room! I was extremely impressed by the staff and speed in which this was handled! It will be our go to hotel in Midland going forward!”
