“This rental is a slice of heaven! We had such a peaceful vacation in this welcoming and cozy lakeside cottage. It is so thoughtfully and beautifully decorated as well. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make their guests feel right at home and we really appreciated their thoughtfulness. We loved spending time in the lovely living room that overlooks the lake. What a fabulous space! Having a washer and dryer was such a blessing too. Thank you so much for that. We really enjoyed……

“We had a wonderful time staying at your lake house with a family of 2 adults and two 12 year old boys. We had plenty of swimming, fishing, and kayaking in the beautiful clean lake. Having firewood available made for a relaxing and easy evening for making fire and eating s'mores. We all really enjoyed A1 relics antique shop for one of our rainy day. we just love the sound of the loons and the sensational sky view. The host, Josh, was available and responsive to any questions I had during my trip.……

“We had such a wonderful week at the cottage! It was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Having Branch Lake a few steps from the house was amazing. We swam and canoed several days and explored Ellsworth, Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Of course, we couldn’t miss the popovers at the Jordan Pond House. We loved the cottage (as well as Maggie from next door) and hope to return. ”

“We had a fantastic vacation here! The beach was perfect for our three kids to swim, and the lake was beautiful—much quieter than we expected. We spent a lot of time swimming, fishing, and even frogging, which made for some great family memories.The house itself met all of our needs and comfortably fit our family of five. We especially appreciated the newer Weber grill—it was clean and perfect for grilling dinners.That said, the house could benefit from a deeper cleaning and a little handyman……

“We had a fabulous stay! Beautiful home, comfortable furnishings, great location. Wish we had more time to explore the water, but the weather didn’t cooperate. We enjoyed the incredible fire pit and listened to the loons after dark. Would recommend this to anyone. Related: great location near Maine Maritime Academy. ”
