“Good beach location.”

“We sat and watched a major winter storm outside the window. Very exciting from within a cozy house. We enjoyed staying in a house where you could feel somebody's presence, rather than the "accessorized" vacation homes with welcoming signs from the Dollar store etc. Only thing lacking--place needs a new key box because the existing one is hard enough to use that it feels like it won't work. Gorgeous place!”

“This is a charming log cabin in an historic log cabin development minutes from town, grocery shopping and within walking distance to a lovely park (Barrett). The "great room" has a wonderful fireplace, high ceilings, and comfortable couches and chairs. The large deck facing the water is beautiful, offering a spectacular view of Lewes Cove in Linekin Bay. You can hear loons, watch cormorants fishing and drying their wings on lobster trap platforms, and see bald eagles fly by and roost in nearby……

Only thing we didn't like is it's very close to the ocean but you can't get access to it. owner..this was”

“My wife and I stay for a long weekend, had a great time! Anything you might need is provided, watched the sun rise over the lake right from the dinning table, enjoyed the gas fireplace at night. Off the beaten path but not really 5min and your on the main drag with a multitude of stores. I'm sure its even nicer in the warm weather.”

“This was a beautiful place to stay and had more parking than we expected. The only hiccups we had was that the check in code we were given was one digit off from what it actually was so we had a little trouble getting into the house. Also there is an outlet that was uncovered in the bedroom and we had a child touch it. Luckily the child wasn’t harmed but this should definitely be addressed if there’s any little ones staying on the property. The houses were very clean and the only reason I gave……

“Beautiful house with views. We enjoyed it. Be aware that it is antique (stairs and steps are very steep, in case anyone has mobility issues). Listed with 5 bedrooms; we only found 4, but it could easily sleep 10.”

“Property was recently constructed and was an exceptional floor-plan. All new appliances and beautiful walk in shower in the master BR. The property was clean and the property mgr was exceptional in corresponding to my questions. Very close to downtown Boothbay Harbor and the shops and restaurants. We had our sm-mid size dog on the trip with us. The property mgr does want to know the size of dog before you come as they don't allow large dogs. Or that's the impression I got. Will want to come……
