“The check in alone should have been a red flag, it was an outdoor service window. The room itself was awful. It was small and cramped and freezing cold. “The pool has trees growing, the bathroom door was grime and lipstick . So we really needed a place to stay overnight . It was a bit gross. Sheets and towels were clean , no bed bugs, fridge, ac worked . A big space under the door so we put the rug to block it . “Stayed here on a recent visit to Gettysburg, traveling with our 10 year old granddaughter and our dog. There were so many nice touches and amenities, and the beds were very comfortable. Communicating with the owner was easy, and the owner went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating. We were pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked the kitchen was, and impressed with the collection of games and pet items. Great stay!”
