“Great location! My mom and I absolutely loved the General’s Hideaway for our trip to Gettysburg. We even loved the pool table and played a few games. We brought my Mom’s service dog with us and the hosts made sure to include a bed and supplies for him if needed, which was very sweet of them. We brought food to cook during our stay and finding everything in the kitchen was a breeze! We loved the layout. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. “The log cabin is very charming. It was our first time staying in a log cabin, so the construction was really interesting and seemed unique. The decor was very country in keeping with a log cabin. The upholstered chairs and sofas are super comfortable. The kitchen is so convenient; everything is within easy reach. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, def pack your own herbs and spices. There are convenient grocery stores within 10 minutes for you to stock up on condiments and all the ingredients……
