“Stayed in the Royalist Suite for a short break with our daughter and found the place just totally amazing. Stephanie was friendly and provided accurate local and check in information. Orton Hall, and the Royalist Suite are stunning and just next level opulence. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, but we hardly used it, as the George pub is literally 5 minutes walk and the food fab, with a very friendly landlors and staff. “We had a good time in the house. It is very spacious, confortable overall and the grounds are lovely. It was very suited to our group with people of all ages and the location is great to visit the Lakes.Only downfall : the house needs TLC especially in some of the bathrooms.We also encountered problems including wifi and hot water system. But the property manager was reactive and did her best to solve them when possible.”
