“We were in Michigan, from Indiana, for a conference. This provided the space and comfort we needed. Plenty of space to move around for 12 people. Had challenges communicating with Evolve but everything worked out fine. I would recommend the house and would stay again. ”

“We loved our stay in Oxford. The house was great and the property was so nice with the sandy beach and dock. This was one of the best equipped houses we have rented. We had all the necessities and some nice extras. We visited downtown Oxford which had shops, breweries and restaurants. Nice golf courses and a great park with a splash pad (so much fun for our toddler) were nearby. Craig was a wonderful host and would love to stay again.”

The neighborhood was close to everything we needed but felt like we were secluded and protected.The yard was a great size and the bedroom/bath layout was great for our family.Large, open living area off the kitchen made it perfect for us to spread out and.host a famiky dinner.Would def book again ”

“The interior of the property was pretty good. One bedroom door would not close due to interference from the bed. Tv remotes were not provided and an app on a cell phone ws needed. Kitchen was well equipped but could stand to have more dishes. The exterior was not well kept. The lawn had not been mowed in a long time and the patio area, while spaicous, needed a lot ot TLC. We used the pizza oven and hot tub and both were fine. The property manager was among the most responsive I've ever dealt……

“Great location for our planned event on Saturday, plenty of room for the 7 of us. We didn’t really use the basement areas but it was very nicely set up if we had needed to use it. Everything we needed was there, and close enough to shopping areas too. Much nicer than getting hotel rooms and planning a comfortable community place to hangout in. Thank you”

“Wonderful location, very peaceful. House has everything we needed, very well stocked kitchen. Host has thought of everything and provided lots of history and information on the area. We enjoyed having meals all at one table and enjoyed nights around the fire pit. Great trails right on site to walk. Thank you and god bless. ”
