“the overall experience is good, the only thing that need to improve is the bus stop of the shuttle bus. There is no any signs or notice to show where the bus stop is in osaka station. if there is a sign in there will be much better.”
“Very convenient location, good services. But the entrance of hotel is inside the shopping mall and not conspicuous more instruction will be prefect.
Furthermore, the deposit and tax is required when you check-in and check-out, if the app has indication would be nice.”
“The hotel was a little understaffed, but they did their best to provide the best service to their guests. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our rooms twice a day. Shoutout to Mr. Aoki from Guest Services for perfectly arranging all the transportation and box deliveries for us as well as Mr. Munuir from Guest Services for helping out with luggages and transportation after check-out. Some staff from Guest Services were less helpful and tried to avoid taking responsibility but I'm very glad……
