“Perfect winter cabin for a small family. Clean, toasty warm and easily accessible (short walk on a well kept trail) in deep snow. Felt very private and quiet even though many of the cabins were also occupied.”

“Mary Lou was GREAT to work with. She was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at her beautiful property due to the airlines internet problems in July. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t reschedule for the weekend. Mary Lou was very sympathetic and tried to help with VRBO but was unable to. We will reserve her house when we travel to New Hampshire in the future. ”

“3 families enjoyed our stay at the Tree House! The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. Wonderful Feb. break...we would recommend this house.”

“We had a great family vacation at this property. We had 6 adults and 3 kids (3 generations) staying here for some winter fun! Property was well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies! We were able to find everything we needed to cook at home and plenty of space for us all to be comfortable and hang out. The owner was easy to work with and communicated well. Property was very clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient to North Conway area and King Pine! We’d definitely stay here again!……

“The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them.”

“If your idea of a weekend in NH leaf peeping is a quaint rustic cottage, this is it, with all creature comforts provided. Close to North Conway/Jackson Village attractions but out of the way of the hustle and bustle. This is definitely on our list for next year.”
