“We really enjoyed spending the weekend reconnecting and planning for the year ahead. We had a few hiccups but nothing crazy, the weather just wasn’t on our side. Such a lovely place, surely even more beautiful in the summer! ”

“Attended 2024 Cooperstown Baseball tournament at the ALLSTAR VILLAGE fields. We were happy to get away from the fields as we wanted both to be 30 mins away from fields but also peace and beauty. This is a great spot for families attending the tournament, about 30 mins away and lots to entertain younger siblings. Host Rena was great with communication and flexible with our baseball schedule and additional guest/pet needs. We would stay here again and would recommend for families attending……

“Beautiful property. Nice cabin. Rustic, but clean and comfortable. ”

“My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”

“Perfect little getaway from the chaos of the world. Perfect spot to enjoy nature, fish, hike and relax. Our hosts were absolutely wonderful and made sure everything was perfect. Will be back again. ”

“This property is absolutely amazing! Waking up every morning to beautiful nature was priceless! It is very quiet and secluded, nature lovers paradise. The cabin exceeded my expectations by far. It is extremely clean and welcoming. Everything that is there was felt like it was carefully chosen. We had fire at night. Watched movies wrote bed and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. We are certainly hoping to come back next year! Perfect location! Thank you very much for everything!”

“We loved our stay, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were great and even left us and our dogs welcome gifts. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of pillows and blankets for the entire family. There was plenty of space for our dogs to play. We would highly recommend staying and look forward to booking it again in the future.”

“24 hours prior to check in (4 pm), I messaged the host to ask how we check in. No response. We had no trouble locating the property, but once there, we could not get in. The door was locked. There was no key. There was a lock box, but no code was provided. There is no cell reception at the property. We left to message the host for more info. Eventually, the host responded by sending us the address. but no acknowledgement about how to enter the cabin. We returned to the property again around 9 pm……

“Very quiet fishing pond was great for the kids I would definitely stay there again ”

“This was the best experience my family and I had. The Host was amazing meet every need and simply was so genuine and nice. The cabin was so cozy ,clean and cute. Wifi can get tricky but when you have the days where its raining and you can sit on the covered balcony it allows you to sit back and just take all the nature in. Its fully equipped with dishes,cups,plates so no need to worry. Laundry is tough only because the humidity does not let anything dry. But there are local laundry places you……
