“We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too. The kitchen was clean and well stocked! Would recommend or return, hopefully for a longer and more dry time. The ONLY downside to me was the NY-23 traffic noise from the front,……

“We stayed here Week 1 for Dreams Park. It was perfect! The house was so great. The location was so great. We needed both the heat and the AC during our week and both worked great. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. Definitely recommend!!! ”

“I’ve never complained about a rental in my life but this place was filthy have pics and videos, dust everywhere pics and videos, sheets look dirty, towels dirty pics of big black stuff on them, blankets in hallway look like have dust in them and just thrown in bottom of closet, tons of stuff shoved in random spots, dishes all filthy had to wash every plate every pan every piece of silverware before using (have pics) counters not clean (have pics), oven so dirty room filled w smoke everytime you……

“This is a great rental property for anyone visiting Dreams Park. You are super close to the park as well as the Baseball Hall of Fame. The house has plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering areas so that your group won’t feel on top of each other. The house was clean and the check-in process and communication made the experience really easy. The only thing we would caution you on is the stairs are REALLY steep to go to the second level. ”

“Everything was great for our stay. The listing was very accurate in terms of all of the amenities and exactly what everything looks like. The one thing that I would say is that the bottom room ceiling is very low so it really is only for children. There is not much around the property but if you go 5-7 minutes up the road there is a nice breakfast spot.”
