“Everything was great for our stay. The listing was very accurate in terms of all of the amenities and exactly what everything looks like. The one thing that I would say is that the bottom room ceiling is very low so it really is only for children. There is not much around the property but if you go 5-7 minutes up the road there is a nice breakfast spot.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in East Meredith. The pasture adjoining the property with cows was a bonus. Only negative is on VRBO whose messaging system is broken, they know it and haven't fixed it.”

“The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few……

“My family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this farmhouse. The house was charming and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to cook family meals. The wildlife that can be viewed from the windows and front porch were amazing. The drive into Oneonta was about 20 minutes. I recommend downloading a map because GPS and 5G can be flacky in the mountains. The WiFi at the house kept all the kids devices streaming with no issues. “We spent five nights at this amazing property and it is by far one of the most beautiful and serene places we’ve ever stayed. The photos are truly representative of the farm’s many wonderful spaces. Everywhere you look the view is stunning. The early light barely illuminating the horses as they graze in the morning fog, the deer feeding in the upper field at twilight and the moon and stars shining brightly over the pond are images that will stay with us. Time passed slowly as we walked around……
