“This house was amazing! We stayed for baseball tournament in dreams park. Perfect distance to the field. House had all the bells and whistles. All we needed was food. Great job with the remodel, it's like staying in a brand new house. We definitely recommend to anyone going to Cooperstown. ”

“It really is a charming farmhouse. It has history but they have decorated it nicely. It has comfort and style. It is the PERFECT location for Cooperstown All Star Village. Communication was excellent all the way from when I booked, checked in and checked out, checkin/checkout was smooth, the house includes everything that is needed for a week of baseball/Cooperstown or just a getaway. Traveled with 3 adults but there is plenty of room for more. ”

“Pros: the layout of this house plus the location was perfect for our Cooperstown ASV week. It’s a beautiful house with some great upgrades. The huge deck and backyard made for a great team bbq.Cons: I’d say the only real con was the AC didn’t work great upstairs, so on the really hot days the temp difference between down and up was pretty rough.On the whole - we all had a fabulous time and really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely recommend this house for future CASV families and any others……

“For anyone who wants a quiet getaway in the beautiful hills of upstate NY or who wants to avoid the crowded antiseptic hotels of Oneonta if traveling for baseball, you can't do better than The Farmhouse. There is more than enough equipment and space for your family to be comfortably fed and sheltered. “We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too. The kitchen was clean and well stocked! Would recommend or return, hopefully for a longer and more dry time. The ONLY downside to me was the NY-23 traffic noise from the front,……

“The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few……

“We spent five nights at this amazing property and it is by far one of the most beautiful and serene places we’ve ever stayed. The photos are truly representative of the farm’s many wonderful spaces. Everywhere you look the view is stunning. The early light barely illuminating the horses as they graze in the morning fog, the deer feeding in the upper field at twilight and the moon and stars shining brightly over the pond are images that will stay with us. Time passed slowly as we walked around……
