“Cabin was clean and fit our family. Shelly was open with communication and prompt. Air conditioning was portable units. There was not central air or window units, however, the temperature was comfortable. We stayed for a baseball tournament in Cooperstown. Fields were approximately 20 minutes away. We would recommend these accomodations”

“The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. “The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! “We weren't expecting a lot when we made this reservation, but we were pleasantly surprised about how comfortable and convenient it was. The cabin is off a road but once you drive up to it, you feel nature and our dog loved running in the woods behind the house. The cabin has all the amenities you need, although wifi is spotty.
