“Had a 5/5 stay until the last day. I left Two jackets behind. When I called and spoke with manager, there was a lot of back and forth, with some belittling from him; he swore there were no items in the room and insisted I do not drive back from the airport to look for the items. He could not even give me specifics on the process for the hotel mailing the items to me (if found later). I told Him I was coming regardless. While En route to the hotel, I receive a call from him stating my……

“All was really good and the room was spacious. The one thing I didn’t enjoy was the dark hair in my scrambled eggs on the complementary breakfast! Other than all was great”
