“When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have……

The property is located next door to a cemetery, which for me is not a problem at all, but I know many people would want that information before booking. I’m thankful to the hosts though! They truly were wonderful! ”
