“Hotel is located in an nice oasis, but somewhat difficult to find, as some of the sign should be updated. We were welcomed in by Rida who was very nice and helpfull. The hotel is very nice, and has plenty of lounging areas, pool, and games. Being 10-15 min from the city, you probably will get diner at the hotel, which is somewhat more expansive than what we had in Marrakesh. “We were curious about the quality of the boutique hotel as it was located at a remote city but highly rated. It turned out that the boutique hotel was better than expected. It just took 3 minutes to walk to Ait Ben Haddous. The room was perfect, nice bed, clean, warm and comfortable. Lunch was charged at reasonable price and tasted good. You would have pancakes, bread and fruit, many things to eat during breakfast. Highly recommend to those who need a good rest before entering or after……

“I was here for a week and i must say, while it's a little way out from town, i never regretted being here - cash points, a tiny shop and Ait Benhaddou are all walkable (under an hour) and even the priciest solo taxis to the city are only around 150 - 250 Dirham. The whole place has been beautifully made by your friendly host with his bare hands to an incredible standard, and he and his family can't do enough to help you. Home cooked meals are very much recommended, and I couldn't rate this……

“The Rose Noire is a good place to stay if you are the kind of person who likes being in the thick of the medina, down shady alleys, whilst also enjoying an oasis of calm and cleanliness. It is decorated to a very high standard. The wife of the house is excellent at front of house and was extremely helpful and engaging. The husband was not welcoming, not friendly, and rather useless when we asked any questions. I suppose running a riad in a location such as Ouarzazate, which is an ugly and boring……
