"I emailed the hotel as my check in time 7am, that's why I booked extra day, the hotel confirmed by email. But when i checked in they cannot find my record, also i requested room close to elevator as i had many luggage, they put me at the last room at the end of corridor."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design. "

"1. 住了三天，到第2天才有收拾房間，還要自己申請。 2.收拾完後，床有短頭髮，曲的，不肯定是陰毛還是頭髮。（我自己本身是長頭髮的）。而且是非常非常的皺、不整齊。 3. 房間非常多塵埃，不論是咖啡機、燈，都是。 4. 並沒有提供一次性的用品，就算在平板電腦上要求了，還是沒有提供。 5. 在平板電腦上面要求多要三條毛巾，最後只有兩條，要求要其他一次性的用品，也沒有給。 ＊＊6. 最重要的是：這幾天晚上，只要我一關燈，房間的右邊和左邊都會出現「搭、搭」的聲響，大概二三十秒一次——讓我睡不着覺，而且那個聲音出現是沒有規律的，我有數過秒數，數不到規律出來。明明房間的左邊和右邊都是沒有其他房間的，這件事很可怕。我開了燈之後，這個聲音出現的頻率少了很多，白天的時候，這個聲音是沒有出現的。我是基督徒，但是還是感到很無奈，因為吵得我睡不着覺！！ 7. 還有就是，在第二天收拾房間之後，在浴室裏面的地板出現一條濕的毛巾，這是想怎麼樣？是想我自己收拾？床旁邊的桌子移開之後，也沒有移回去，桌面上的垃圾，也沒有收拾。 8. 房間裏面，床後面，有一個巨大的女性的頭的畫作，再加上那恐怖的聲響，真的讓人很難睡得着覺。 "
