“We had booked for 2 nights.We have arrived by night with the family and at the reception they said the hotel was full !!! We sent a message 7 hours before our arrival but nobody read it or answered … We had to insist with the manager to solve the problem. He found a room in another hostel which was pretty clean and well managed. After one night in this hostel, finally we went to «  la colline ». They showed us a room very dirty … We get another one which was in bad state… Really disappointed .……

“Leider ist in den Bädern der Räume einiges kaputt. Wie Klobrille fast ab, nach 3 Monaten wieder dort gewesen und selbe Zimmer, Klobrille ganz ab. So wie, Wasser fliest unter der Waschbecken, war letztes Mal genau so. Andere Zimmer bekommen, Wasser fliest auch dort unter dem Waschbecken. Sollte mehr nachgeschaut werden . ansonsten ist alles ok.”
