“I keep coming back to this hotel because of the good standard, good location and reasonable priced. Breakfast is not worth it in my opinion, you can have better food for less money if you look for places around the hotel. The water pressure in the shower is amazing, best I have experienced in Brazil. The room have a small refrigerator, but no freezer. There is also a small selection of snacks in the room. The staff is polite and helpfull. Will come back again. ”

“O atendimento da recepção seria 10 se não fosse uma ultima funcionária que encontrei na recepção. Desde o primeiro atendimento foi tudo perfeito! Porém, numa manhã que estava andando pela recepção, estava faltando copo na frente do pote de água e UMA das recepcionistas falou para EU PEDIR para o garçom do restaurante, ao invés DELA pedir, visto que era para os copos estarem lá. Fora isso, atendimento nota 10 para TODOS os outros. Café da manhã muito bom, ambiente agradável. Deveriam apenas……

“A great experience! With coffee and PDQ at the reception, which makes client feel war! Perfect design of hotel with a lot of practical facilities despite of not being luxurious! The gym is very clean with good maintenance! The checkout time is very flexible and the hotel offers free waters and drinks, which is quite rare! The only disadvantage is the food selection for breakfast. In a word, I enjoyed it a lot!”

“O hotel é muito bem localizado. O quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável. O café da manhã atende bem o propósito de uma hospedagem no centro de BH. Tem uma lojinha de conveniência no mesmo andar da recepção, que funciona 24h. Isso é muito bom , pois a qualquer momento você pode comprar comes e bebes. O custo benefício é muito bom”

“I notified the front desk that it was a bad idea to use a fragile plate to hold soap in the bathroom close to the sink edge where it could get wet slip off, fall to the floor and break into sharp pieces that almost cut my foot. I took a picture to show the front desk during check-out. After spending four days and having accident that could have been avoided their response was to charge me a100 multa for a 10 plate that should never have been in the bathroom. I will be sure not to stay there when……
