“From the time of arrival/checkin was very quick. The rooms are really clean, spacious, super comfortable bed and great choices of the pillow. The breakfast is delicious. Very quiet and relaxing!! The staff is super friendly and very polite”

“Check in was a disaster. Lost my reservation even though I showed them my confirmation email for 2 rooms. The front desk guy could care less about finding my reservation. He put me on the phone with someone who claimed to be looking for my reservation but apparently had to log in to one system after another and just kept saying, “1 second” over and over. In the end, I finally got my 2 rooms. Then the guest next to me starts blaring music at 1am and singing along to it…..but that’s a story for……

“This was a very basic hotel, only 2 towels in the room and a sheet thin "comforter". The advertised breakfast was only coffee and juice, no food at all. The housekeeping only took out trash and remade the bed with the same sheets, so the floors became very dirty after 6 days. It was an uncomfortable, cheap, place to stay.”
