“Not sure where to begin, however this is now a special place to me and my partner. We visited 2 years ago - absolutely loved everything about it and during this visit I proposed to her here. The place itself is like a small villa and the location is fairly remote, be aware the drive up to get to this property isn’t for the feint of heart… especially with a rental car. “Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt in der Quinta do Freixo. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es war ein guter und entspannter Start in unseren Portugal Urlaub. “Sadly, could only stay 1 night this time but the stay was absolutely LOVELY! better than anticipated. the location is so beautiful. tons of greenery, flowers, animals - heaven! on the road leading up to the hotel, you can see the water as well. peaceful, calm, perfect. the staff/service was also wonderful. the breakfast was beyond - fresh, delicious. I will most certainly be back. ”
