“What’s listed as a 3-star hotel, I felt it was closer to a 4-star. The rooms were nicely furnished, bathrooms were clean, and the amenities were appreciated by our family. The staff were very friendly and helpful, located in DT Ottawa and only a 3 min walking distance to Byward Market. The Rideau mall was an easy 5 min walk, tourist attractions to the parliament buildings were an easy 10 min walk. The trade offs to being so central to everything are the homeless shelter is a street over and the……

“Being the first time visiting this city, we were a bit anxious; but at the end of the trip we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Couldn't have asked anything better for the price and services we got. The place being relatively new was well maintained and clean. Special shout out to Jane and Narmada at the front desk who were very courteous and helpful to make our a pleasant and memorable one. ”
