“This home was perfect for our family (four couples and one child). We loved the location and the close proximity to all the things we did (horse races, restaurants, dinosaur trails, etc.). ”

“Owner was super responsive. Interior was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice amenities. Overall a 5 star inside. Exterior could use some cleanup-lots of weeds and high grass. Patio and porch were not used but could have used a sweep with a leaf blower. ”

“Vacation with my daughters for a rockhounding adventure. The property was as described. House was cozy and nicely decorated.Could have used a little cleaning on the baseboards, bathroom door and wainscotting. These were just small things that didn't affect our stay.”

“It was a pleasant stay, if you are just looking for a place to spend the night its good. The bed was comfortable, the shower/bathroom was very small (one person at a time), the communication with the host was not great. On night 2, the Netflix account was not working and I texted her, never responded back so had to use our account - no issue there (they have a label saying to not log out of accounts) ”

“Very easy walk to Oaklawn which was what we wanted.”

“The property was as described, very clean and cozy. Location is close enough to downtown but far enough from the noise and traffic. The local coffee that was provided and the protein bars were great. ”

“This is our 4th year staying here and is always amazing stay. The place is always cleaned and well stocked with the basics. The jetted tub is amazing to relax in after a long day and the crystal minds. Then sit on back deck and look at nature . Highly recommended from a picky person.”
