“The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen.
No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager……
“The workers needs a lot of training. We've been sleeping here for the past 3 years and we always have bad service from the waiters. Receptionist has improved, house keeping super helpful. They should work on customer service rather than waiting money for their bad services

“I love the property itself, but it was far from everything. There was nothing around. No nearby restaurants, shopping or anything. The stag was nice and so was the property, but the location of the property is just not to my liking ”
“THE PROPERTY WAS GOOD, however I had a terrible time trying to get to the airport which is very close by. It rained, (apparently this is a trigger) and the traffic was terrible. Could not move and inch, after two hours we flagged down a motor bike tied my suitcases to them and they took me to the airport with 18mins to spare. So aparently 3 hours is not enough time to get from the lennox to the airport !! BE WARNED.”

The food was very tasty and nutritious.
The traditional dance performances close by and the band playing danceable music on the beach were exhilarating. I also loved the Saturday morning children’s dance classes in the dance studio on the main floor.
The staff was very friendly and attentive”
“This recently opened hotel continues to shine and offers very good service. Our suite was quite spacious and having a clean kitchen was helpful. The lobby is also clean, comfortable, and spacious. After commenting in my previous stay about problems with off-site laundry service, it seems to have improved. ”
