“The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager……

“Fantastisk ophold. Vi overnattede der i et døgn og kom tidligt på aftenen og forlod stedet ved formiddagstid næste dag. Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme. Værelset vi havde bestilt var økonomi altså det billigste, men vi fik det vi havde brug for. Derudover var der både køleskab, elkeddel og mikrobølgeovn. Badeværelset var også meget godt. ”

“Narpo hotel staff are very polite and respectful most of all they are very helpful and friendly During my stay in that’s hotel for six days was very good, their service is good breakfast always on time Their Deluxe bedroom is great comfortable bed and good housekeeping I will always recommend Narpo hotel because they have good security and you always protected amazing! “very nice room this time and also the nice and inviting staff What was missing was the preparedness of the room. Staff should be sure the rooms are cleaned and stuffed with basic necessities.”

“Excellent staff ”

“Excellent family run apartments, staff all very willing to assist. Food can be cooked if ordered well in advance, and there is a take away menu in the room but aside from breakfast, there is not really a restaurant. however, this is really an apartment, and as such it is excellent. Would definitely return here and recommend without hesitation.”

“This hotel has been in business for many years. The old original building had nice architectural things like hand laid wood parquet flooring, funky old bathtubs. Nice art on the walls. Clean crisp linens. Breakfast included. Restaurant has nice selection of foods, well prepared. Staff very professional, helpful, cheerful. This is our go-to hotel when we need to be in Accra. ”
