“We loved this place, and the community! The house was nice and had plenty of space. We did cook a few meals and we were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen to do so. We were a little disappointed that the restaurant on site was closed for renovation, but the host was super apologetic and i lnlw that it could not be helped. We had a beautiful beach day and appreciated the provided beach towels and toys. Bring bug spray for the evenings! We got eaten up at the sunset pool after dark.……

“The owner, Beach Box and Vrbo intentionally misled me by including features that they KNEW were not available. Worse, they ignore, delayed or wouldn’t answer my requests to resolve it for 4 DAYS!. The day clearly says queen bedroom has “delightful balcony offering stunning golf views” and “another bedroom boasts access to beachfront balcony”. BOTH were padlocked prior to our stay. That is why I chose this house. And your refusal to address this is an attempt to hide that fact. Additionally, the……

“We needed to accommodate 8 people and a small dog for our vacation to Galveston. This place was perfect! It was roomy and had everything we needed. Pointe West also has great pools and restaurants and we found some great merchandise in the gift shop. We enjoyed our stay so much!”
